What's it all about?

There are many regional bocking groups all over the UK and new ones springing up all the time. However there is no association to offer guidance and support to these groups and clubs in their development.
The sport is so new that almost all sports organisations have either never heard of it or simply dismiss it as too dangerous, so it's time for a proper uk organisation to be formed to help the growth of the sport in general.

Powerbocking is the act of jumping and running on spring-loaded stilts.
The use of the stilts to perform jumps, running and acrobatics is known as Bocking, after the inventor, Alexander Böck.
