Members Bocking Sessions
The members sessions are not open to the public but are for the members of the club to work on there bocking skills.
Due to the nature of bocking and the adrenaline rush that attracts people to bocking, most of the members spend these gym sessions working on front flips and backflips.
We also sometimes use these sessions to work on routines for festival or TV performances.


The Important Stuff
What do you need?
Bocking is a very tiring sport. Wear shorts and T shirt or some sportswear.
Either bring lots to drink or have money to buy drinks.
The sports hall is equipped with gym mats, crash mats for your safety.
