Just a quick poll to see if people are interested in having a session on sundays at STAR, i know we aint been there yet but i think haveing a session on sunday will help us out a bit.

For thoses who missed the messageon the front page Gym is at 1130 till 1330 at STAR centre THIS SATURDAY! details can be found here Smiley

Dont quote me on this but my sister used to do competition leve gymnastics and all the gymnasts in south wales wanted to train at the start centre because they had a foam pit!

I didnt go with jeeves and fi when they visited so I cant say, and possible they didnt see one. Also when my sister did gymnastics was before 2001, which is when Star was taken over by the council.

So there might be one, there might not. Find out tomorrow Smiley
