Club Meeting next saturday

As mentioned in another thread, we are having a club meeting next saturday.

Due to conflicting time schedules, we have decided to hold the meeting at 4pm and I expect it could go on until about 6 or 7.
Jeeves has to leave early because its his mums birthday and JakeC is in work until about 5 but we cant realistically move around the dates again.

Anyone can bring up any issues they like at the meeting but if there is a topic that can be discussed and resolved quickly then it will be. I dont want each topic taking half an hour or we'll be there all night.

This is open to all those involved in the welshbockers regardless of whether you have paid your membership or not.
I do need to know who is coming though because obviously my house can only take so many people.

Saturday October 10th
4pm onwards

At this moment in time we do not have a gym session booked for next saturday. We'll look at sorting this on monday, but due to the meeting we will either book splott or fairwater between 12 and 2 or possible 1 and 3. If either of them cannot cater those times then we will not have a gym session for this week.

I think from the Swansea crew about 1 or 2 will be coming up for this, that way there's not too many slags , the boys want to come up to make a day out of it nd then they said they'd go home like last time but they obviously won't go too the meet.
