I was thinking, everytime i come (lol come) to wales i seem to learn something new, first time was fronts, 2nd was backs... whats next! i cant birani on a trampoline so thats out the question. what the eff people help me out.

P.s i really cant nail backs, i have a choice , right now i can get good height and no technique or good technique and no height. sucks to be me i guess.
