Thought we might as well have a thread for it, I think we all enjoyed the last one =D

So yeah.... When does everyone want the next one to be?

Well things are changing in cardiff as far as gym sessions go. It looks like we're moving out of the gym you guys in swansea came to a few weeks ago mainly because its small and the gym mats are in such bad condition that we no longer think they are safe. We're moving to Penarth Leisure Centre (cogan as some people still know it as) and the sessions are going to be fortnightly instead of weekly because the new place is more expensive. Thats the plan anyway. I dont have a video online of the new place except the video of me backflipping in the wings which doesnt really show it off much. It's a much bigger space and instead of gym mats they have this foam carpet stuff which we all seem to love. This covers a very big area and then we have 3 crash mat stations.
