Free/discounted Swansea Gym Sessions

Right Swansea crew,

To avoid arguments in the future i thought id post this thread for you guys to suggest some idea of how to work out who gets  free/discounted gym sessions and when, as a number of people have been up to 8 times and others only 4 or 5.

I suggest that we will carry one for a while so that when we do have free gym sessions then we still have money in the account to pay for the gym session for next week as I can't really afford it. Then every 2 or 3 weeks we will give a half price session to everybody and if some people don't turn up they can either pay half price the next week or they can have a free one after another 2 or 3 weeks.

It might sound a bit confusing at the minute but I want to know if you have any ideas or problems about it?

Right guys, Ricky suggested it might be a good idea to lock this topic so no other replies could be made now all the swansea crew have posted.

In a moment of madness, i'm going to go against that idea. Shock, horror and please, calm down alessio lol.

I'm going to leave it open because its perfectly natural for someone to think about a topic after giving their initial response and want to add something later on or maybe come up with a different idea. Thus far, everyone has been fine with Ricky's idea about the free gym and its great he has everyones support (he was really quite worried on the best way to do this!)

Anyway, seeing as this is about money and its money that has collectively come from your pockets, it's an important issue and something to get right.
However I wouldnt want anyone to suggest the free gym session be taken now and for Ricky to carry on sorting the money like he has done up to now. It may not seem so but the admin work that goes into these things is quite considerable and needs to be done properly. For someone who took it on when he was 15 Rickster has done a bloody marvellous job and I'm pretty sure everyone appreciates that as much as me.

Anyway, I suggested to stick it on the forum because its open to you all and fair. If you do have any possible ideas then please add them even if they seem a bit stupid.
Once there is a bit of money in the swansea branch account then none of this will matter but I think it's important to include you all until we reach that stage.
