Shortly the club is launching a free gym session scheme where after you have paid for 3 gym sessions, you get the next gym session for free. It couldnt be any simpler than that. The 3 gym sessions do not have to be 3 weeks after each other so you could come 1 week, not come the week after but then come the next 2 weeks and this would still qualify.
There is a register where we will keep track of who has attended recent gym sessions and this will be updated weekly, from the individual gym session logs we keep.
At the moment, this only applies to the Channel View sessions or if we occasionally book a different hall but charge the same £5 price.
Until something similar can be arranged, the swansea gym sessions wont be part of this.
An up to date version of the register will be attached to this thread.

As mentioned in Saturdays Gym Session, the Buy 3 Get 1 Free began at the end of August the PDF attached will be updated once a week by me detailing the dates that you as a member have paid for a session and when your free session was taken.  Note to Members and PublicThis scheme is only available to fully paid members of the Welsh Bockers. Note to StaffThis excludes members of staff working within a gym session. Why not she is a fully paid member as of the same saturday. Will the Swansea Bockers who are members be including in this if we have gym sessions in Cardiff, as we came up the same weekend as Sprog and Rich? I have no objections with that, what u think bout it Locky, Jono? |

ok i wasnt aware of that but she doesnt have any stilts yet :/
Ricky i've got no problem with that, but we also need to sort something out for your lot in a similar way for swansea.
