With summer here now I guess more and more bockers all over are realising the benefits of training on a trampoline. It does definately help with technique and confidence but just cuz someone can flip on a tramp doesnt mean they can go land it on stilts....it takes a bit more to it than that.

Here's a recent video from jake and nathan on their tramp which I guess is a 10 footer.

I can't back full on trampolines. solid. I might put mine back up soon, I hate it though. I have a terrible one, it's massive but not bouncy enough.
