Hi all, just got my stilts last week, I have been on the pro jump forum and found my way here by way of Locky, because of a holiday I have had about 2 hours in total on them (took my motorbike on holiday so no room for them).

Anyway thought I would make an intro post and find out if/when there's another gym meet, missed last week (damn holiday..lol), so I can learn the right techniques before I learn the wrong ones.

Oh and I live in Cross Hands, about 20 mins from Swansea....and I'm 35.

So far I can get up and down, run/jog, hop and bounce.

Well I should also have posted that we own a florist shop and my wife has a lot of funeral work this week,  that said I will try my hardest to make it to your gym session;-).
