Jeeves and I have been talking the last few days about doing something like paintballing or bowling. Jeeves phoned the paintballing places and they have said we had to book in advance (something like 3 weeks at one of the places) so we've decided to have a little day trip to Newquay or Aberystwyth just as a day out and having a change from bocking all the time.
   Just posting up because we need to know who's interested, also just as an idea because Swansea is on the way back we could go from Newquay or Aberystwyth straight to the training session. Just idea, so let us know if your interested in coming.

sounds like a plan to do that Jono, go to Swansea on the way back wherever we might go.

Just had a look at the weather again and BBC still reckon its gonna rain all day in Mid Wales, so maybe Tenby as an alternative?

I'm up for it, as long as im not stuck in the middle of some painting in the house....which is what im doing now.

Dom is here too so he's coming and Tim wants to come tonight so not sure whats happening.
