I know its an incredibly long shot that anyone local other than us 3 will read this but Arthur is coming down to cardiff on sunday and we're going to be down the cardiff bay barrage annoying as many tourists as possible on our projumps.

Jono, you're not even invited  Tongue well actually of course you can come but I'm not letting you go on your pj's until your all better.

Hey I at least have to ACT like a responsible adult at times....dont worry, it doesnt happen much lol
