Members can post their videos here. If your video is on you tube you can click the youtube button when makeing a post. You then have to insert the bit from the youtube address AFTER the = sign.
So say the link to the video is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GNtSxIDt4To
then you just take the GNtSxIDt4To part and add it to the post:

[ youtube=425,350 ]GNtSxIDt4To[ / youtube ]

(I've added spaces so it shows you)

The end result is this:



UPDATE: I seem to have broken this lovely feature
I'll get it working again shortly!
