Me jack Gareth and Shane went out bocking today made a mini high jump and vaulting over the railings only 2 hours due to weather and how unfit we all are but so glad we went out absolutely got me in the mood for a year flat out bocking :-) just wanted to share , feeling so much better about bocking again
