Hi guys, well my stilts arived and and one of the calf cuffs has two buckles on it, instead of a buckle and strap, no problem i thought i'll just put the standard padded bars on, problem two, one of the rivets is missing out of where the strap is riveted to the bar, i'v emailed pro-jump and hope this is sorted promptly, has anyone else had these problems ?

I did manage to walk about the living room with them on though,, much to the annoyance of the missis  lol

The 2 buckle problem on the cuff seems to have been a problem at the factory in china as the pro's are all boxed up there. It's not a great first impression and unfortunately these things do happen. Projump are aware of this and dealing with it so I would expect your email will be answered shortly.

As for the missing rivet I would normally say email a pic to projump and they will sort it however I would imagine some new calf cuffs will be sent out to you very quickly. If you prefer the knee bars to the cuffs, even as a temporary measure, I have about 10 of them brand new, never even been fitted to stilts sat here so I can give you a pair when we meet up

Thanks Locky, fair play, Naz from pro jump has already sent replacements out in the post, cant fault the customer service, realy good comms with them and prompt action.
P.S. how do i join welsh bockers, and do you have any gym sessions coming up i could join in with.

To join the welsh bockers you can pay 40 pound ithink it is now that include £5 for gym sesions instead of 10pounds, you get to come with us to events and get paid for it ,also  insurance , i think thats it but ur welcome to ask matt aswell hope to see you soon

hey greg welcome to the forum im simon. I'm i think the newest member of the welsh bockers at the mo. Been a few months you got to come down the bay for a meet its so much more fun to bock with a few of you and you will build your skill so quickly within the group best club i've ever joined.

Hi guys, thanks for all the info, i'll leave a post on the new members post with a bit about my self. Just like to say thanks to Matt for the offer of the knee bar, but "Naz" from pro-jump has sent some out and i recived them today, so hopefully i can get out after work tomorow, i wish most of my suppliers were as good as projump.
