Steff told me about this post and said it was Neil who posted.

Anyhow, for both of you (see how I sneaked that in) you will need to flip on a trampoline first. You could try on stilts for over a year but until you can land one on a tramp then your head just doesnt know what to tell your body to do.

Also, I hereby name this the 3 month challenge. Steff has also agreed that during this time he will learn to back flip and I will learn to back2back.

I'm sure we could get nathan backflipping too

I been trying for 2 hours solid and I still can't front flip and land on my feet on trampoline but I can land on my ass and bounce off my ass onto my feet....progress?
