Keep Wales Tidy....
« on: March 30, 2011, 19:41:33 »

i was out jumping again after work as i do occasionally getting good height over 3foot. On my landing the was a wet box which some scally had left there my one stilt hit it and slid sideways. my wrists hit the floor luckilly had wrist guards on.. unfortunatly i didnt have my knee pads on
so another few days off bocking waiting for my knee to recover and my legs stop feeling like i been beaten with a stick..

In short i am not a happy chappy Sad

Dont litter kiddies cos if i catch u dropping crisp boxes outside my house i'll kick your ass(once i recover of course)
