Any Advice On Gettin Up.

Hey guys im trying to practice getting up.
Any advice or just your techniques on how you do it.
And also is there any of you that still cant get up on your own.

This is a video i posted in 2007, as it explains it took me 6 months to learn this and i'd already thought it would never happen.


To learn this technique, it is best to have something next to you to push off, like a small wall, bench or something not taller then about 2 feet. The more you do it, the less you will need anything to push off apart from the ground.

I think we can all pretty much get up on our own now but I dont think many of us do regularly.

Tidy been practicing in the living room and only smashed one orniment. I'll be able to get up in no time  Smiley I'll posts a vid or piks sometime this week so my kind of progression lol.

Haha good luck man, if it makes you feel any better iv been on the stilts not too far from a year now and cant rly get up lol done it once ever Cheesy

I think the best advice i heard was dont fall Tongue only prob there is easier said than done !
