Gym is booked this saturday 2.30pm til 4.30pm at Fairwater Leisure Centre.

All members are welcome - £5 each

Weeeeeeeeell i jus had to say how much i enjoyed gym today ! Cheesy I am aboslutely dead, which tells me it was a good session lol

Good to see everyone again, hopefully plenty more sessions just like that one, still to come. Thanks to all !

Agreed, I didnt bock and enjoyed it. Was well pleased with everyone.
I got some good pics and the odd bit of video but I dont think I got neils flips or steffs backflips this time.
Need a new video cam that we can stick on tripod again.

Hahaha i shud turn up to gym sessions sober more often Tongue rofl and glad you missed my attempts at flipping lol legs were on their last... well, legs at that point !

Much love to Fi for running around to get me, i dont like to make things easy lol but dare i say, for such a good session... it was worth it Cheesy Ty again
