We have a gym session this friday (sorry for the late notice)

4pm til 6pm

Fairwater Leisure Centre in Cardiff

£5 for members
No public apart from those already arranged.

There is trampolining on in the other half of the hall but I'm sure there was last time aswell and it was fine.

No worries Neil, it was a great session Smiley

Josh landed his first front flip and Cian is about 99.9% of the way there. He'll get it next time I'm sure and Harry and his lil bro made some cool progress too.
Got some good news about gyms n stuff at the meeting.
