Ok scratch that, we couldnt book that day.
Instead I have confirmed booking for the next day, Sunday August 8th. The times can be flexible but I was thinking 3pm. If anyone has a problem with that and would rather an earlier or later time than please say so now.

Is it important to be bang on time ? its just the trains land at 1pm or 3pm in Llandaf. So preferably i wudnt want to be hanging around a couple hours lol and how long should it take to walkover pls ?

Due to some new developments the AGM will only be open to members who have paid their renewal since July 1st this year.
Those who have not paid, will be able to pay before the meeting starts if they wish.
