I'd like to officially give a heads up that membership renewal is due on July 1st 2010 and about a month later we'll have the annual general meeting.

The fee remains at £40 per person and can be paid in cash or cheque (made payable to Welsh Bockers) or online banking.

All members need to complete a membership form every year. This is to ensure your details are kept up to date for the clubs records and especially to make sure your emergency contact details have not changed which can happen if someone has had a new mobile phone number over the past 12 months.

The Adult and Junior forms are attached and also available on the main website. Anyone under 18 is classed as a junior.

Membership forms will also be available at gym sessions, festivals and the usual meet ups for those who don't have a printer.

As usual the membership covers you on the insurance and gym sessions for £5 and you get a club t shirt. Perhaps at the AGM we can discuss different coloured shirts or something.

because everyone was moaning last year that we couldnt get it from our usual insurance people and that we cant get it inless we count as circus skills or something....

I think that must have been funding. Insurance hasn't been a problem really.

it was defo insurance. i remember we were all talking about it saying we wouldnt be able to do half of the things we had planed because we cant get insurance...

hmm I dont recall it but our current insurance doesnt run out for another 6 weeks so there is no problem.

sorry im being so nosie but id like to know what im paying for and stuff.
are we being coverd by the same people as usual or have we got a new one?

They wont confirm it until we're within 30 days of our current policy expiring but in preparation for the worst I've been in touch with several other companies. It's not going to be a problem.
