I doubt many people have escaped Henry's spamming of this on facebook but just incase anyone has...

There is a big event on the weekend of June 18th 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA which is being organised by Henry Stuntman Holloway and Stiltwerks.
It includes the following:

• Mass bock along the Vegas Strip
• Trampoline Walls
• bungy spotting rigs
• More crash mats and gym mats than god has
• Tumble Track
• Transport to and from your hotel on all 3 days
• BBQ Party

The event has a registration fee of £100 (spectators £35) This includes your t shirt for the event and contributes towards the medals for the competitions.

It obviously doesnt include flights and hotels. Return flights from London are currently ~£400 but should come down in price a little closer to the event.

There are going to be a few competitons, similar to what was in the Paris event last year.

Ummm i cant resist but to randomly ask, would it be worth someone new to bocking like me even bothering going to an event like that ??

I only ask as a couple of my mates are going to LV in June so i cud get away with no hotel costs if the dates were about the same And on that basis alone i have to check cos iv not been to LV ! Even if i cant bock so well, i dooooo know how to gamble

I would say a big fat yes. Going to an event like this would introduce you to some really fantastic and crazy people and you would probably leave the event bocking mad and you would learn sooo much.

I really hope to see you all. I know money is tight, Try really hard. I promise it will be so worth it. The first day alone, meeting everyone and then hitting the vegas strip like crazyness will be amazing. We plan to have all bockers hit the strip like a flash mob. The entire event will have cameras everywhere, Media and our own. Everyone that already flip will be helping everyone else to flip. Trampo;ine wall just for fun, tumble track to practice, mats all over the place. I cant wait to meet all of you.

Quick question in case anyones up for it... If i go im thinking on taking a flight to LA (cheaper) on the monday before the event, take a Greyhound coach to LV and spend a week on the strip before the event
Greyhounds super cheap and easy to get around - easier than renting a car i figured and im pretty familiar wit it.

Idea has nothing to do with the fact i have a weeks free hotel up until event weekend lol but would change things a lil if anyone did fancy a trip. I mean if your going to LV gotta make an event of it right

I will be in Vegas if you come in early. Texas Station hotel is almost always cheap rates. I would love to show you around and bock where ever. Please let me know when you figure out plans. I am excited.

Hehe for sure i will man Would make it a helluva trip jus leading up to the event !

I wont know until late in the month tbh, depends on cash flow/work.

But if i go il definately be going out a lil earlier to ummmm "see the sights" So will keep ya up-to-date and gives some time to see if anyone else wants to join us.
