Right guys

Does any one want to give doing this mile a go? A lot of the cardiff lot are doing it and I thought it would be an excellent idea for us to get involved.

Numbers need to be in soon as to let the organisers know.

I'm planning on doing it and I'm starting training tonight lol Tongue
