To be fair guys this is the best thing thats happend to me (No sarcastic statements please =] ) Anyway I've never stuck to football and other sports like in a club. But only rugby as i like getting my anger out . I'd also like to thank Locky if it wasnt for him we wouldnt have this site, Lewis and myself wouldnt be down the bay most weekends. We wouldnt have our t-shirts either, He drives us everywhere. Bradford, London You name it . Also i'd like to thank Kev, He's a bit of a moaner at times and always thinks he can do stuff- he tries to do it and cant so he makes up an excuse that he didnt have a drink(Remember roath park  ) He also has so much potentiol he doesnt believe in himself that he can do it but we all know that he can like his flips for example but he gives up and playes on his x box . Also Adam, where would we be without him? Well i tell you something we'd have alot more ribs by now as all the laughing we do. Lastly, Lew you can piss me off so much i wont talk to you for days But its always good in the end, Trampolines all the time leanring off eachother its all good .  And Everyone else you also make this club what it is and its individuality .

Is this the oscars? I'd like to thank you, Jono, for being short and welsh .
I'd also like to thank my car for being a survivor and not even had a service in 2 years. Those floods were scary and dangerous but it pulled through nicely and my car has been more reliable than all my ex-girlfriends combined and multiplied by 911,000.
Oh and I'd like to thank Cardiff Council (its true!) for not kicking us out of the bay....and I hope you never do or we'll come smash ya windows like init.

Yes kev if you fail the first few time keep at it, thats what i've done i've kept practising things and look where i am now on the trampoline and stuff i dont always do evrything that i want due to lack of skill but i get there in the end by practising

aye practice is important. and having a want to increase ur ability in whatever way you want is also helpful! (plus having access to trampolines, mats and good people to do it with helps a hell of a lot, something you do have kev )

He has a form of epilepsy which can cause dizzyness at any moment and I think its effected a lot more in his life than bocking but thats all I really know. I hope he gets it sorted anyway.
