This Saturday is the last booked session at pearth. no other session have been booked yet at any gym ( not including swansea) and so after saturdays session the meets down the bay will probably reopen! Providing the Weather is nice 

So anything you got sorted in the gym, after next week it will be time to put it to good use and show off outside on the hard stuff mwhahahaha!..........*coughs* I mean.......

Anything new that you have been working on in gym, its now time to move it outside and impress the public once more
Lets dust off the stilts and gear it up for one hell of a time OUTSIDE IN THE BAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

.....And so yesterday saw the last of the Gym Sessions....for now!

Thanks for everyone who came to the session over the last 10 weeks at Penarth LC, lets put our training to the ultamite test by going out there and showing the public what we can do!

Catch u guys down the bay on the weekend if the weathers nice.....ie no snow or ice

hmmm shame, can't see the weather shifting for a while as it's snowing ALOT here and I'm sorry I haven't bee around guys and gals but I've found out just before x-mas that I'm going to be the father of two children lol so as you can imagine I've been a busy dad.

Hopefully when the weather is better I'll see you all down the bay (and hopefully get my t-shirt lol)
